DMA Recital Jury Proposal Form 
Instructions for forming juries for doctoral recitals.  Must be submitted with the recital program at least two weeks prior to the recital.

DMA Recital Jury Form
To be signed and submitted by the DMA recital jury.

MMus/DMA Recital Program Format
Students must type their recital programs using this format and submit it to the Graduate Office for copying at least two weeks before the recital date.
