Get to Know ROSI
ROSI (Repository of Student Information) is UofT’s automated student record system. You can use it to enrol in courses, access your grades, order transcripts, figure out how much you owe on your fees account, update your personal contact information, and many other things. The best way to become familiar with ROSI is to use it .
ROSI identifies you by your student number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your PIN number when you use the service for the first time is your birthday in the YY/MM/DD format. You will then be asked to change it to another 6 digit number. If you forget your PIN or enter it incorrectly three times, access to your record will be blocked for security reasons until you re-establish it through your Registrar’s Office or by following the PIN reactivation procedure on the ROSI site.
If you do not respond within one minute of having been prompted to do so, you will be disconnected from the system.
ROSI has step‑by‑step instructions for obtaining information and enrolling in academic activities.
Note: The use of ROSI to enroll in courses means that you agree to abide by all the academic and non-academic rules and regulations of the University of Toronto and the Faculty of Music and assume the obligation to pay academic and incidental fees according to the policies and requirements of the University of Toronto.
