The Student Housing Service  and its website serve as a year-round source of up-to-date residence information as well as other information to assist students locate and arrange suitable housing. The office maintains a registry of available rental accommodation in Toronto, offers general information about housing and landlord-tenant related issues, and conducts workshops and offers guidance to students looking for suitable housing off-campus. Residence is guaranteed for all new full-time students entering their first year of study in an undergraduate program, whether they live outside or inside Toronto, who are offered admission to their program of study by May 31st and who have indicated their interest in residence on their application for admission.
