December 5, 2011	-Supplementary online Music Questionnaire becomes available on the Faculty of Music website
	-The schedule of possible audition dates is posted on the Faculty of Music website, by instrument
January 16, 2012	-OUAC application deadline
January 16, 2012	-Deadline for receipt of submitted Jazz Pre-Screening DVD, Jazz Applicant Pre-Screening Profile and audition/interview fees by all Jazz applicants.
January 23, 2012	-Deadline for the submission of the supplementary online Music Questionnaire application
January 24, 2012	-Post-mark deadline for the printed copy of the Music Questionnaire, audition/interview fee payment, Music Reference Evaluation forms and any other required supporting documentation
February 15, 2012	-CTEP applicant profile deadline
March 2, 2012	-Deadline for the receipt of audition DVD recordings for those applicants who reside further than 400km (250 miles) from Toronto and are auditioning via recording.
March 31, 2012	-Deadline for first-year applicants to submit the Residence Preference Form in order to be considered for residence.
June 15, 2012	-Deadline for the receipt of official proof of completion of Theory prerequisites.  All official transcripts must be received by this date.
