Special Note Regarding Audition Dates:
If you are aware of any dates in the audition period that you will not be available to audition, you will be able to indicate those dates on your supplementary Music Questionnaire application. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to indicate which dates you would prefer to audition. We will try our best to accommodate your requests, however, applicants should be prepared to audition at any time during the audition period. Once your audtion date has been set, it will not be possible to reschedule your audition except under extenuating documented circumstances, such as illness.
If you are applying to multiple schools, it is strongly suggested that you provide different dates of availability to different schools to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Due to the large number of applications we receive, we are unable to accommodate requests to change audition dates due to unavailability of your regular accompanist.
Please note: Audition schedule is subject to change.
It is possible that you may be assigned an audition date which is not currently listed on the audition schedule. Please ensure that you indicate all of the days you are unavailable in February and March on your Music Questionnaire.
Please see your specific instrument for audition date choices (with the exception of Jazz Performance). All Jazz applicants should choose Jazz audition dates regardless of their instrument.
