Biographical Note
Passionate about education and driven by a strong commitment to excellence, Maya Churbaji has over 15 years of experience working in the university sector including several management positions at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She joined the University of Toronto in 2018 where she first worked at the Rotman School of Management and then at the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering. Maya holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, a Master of Architectural Design, and a Master of Business Administration specializing in leadership. She has broad and creative leadership skills as well as extensive experience in strategic planning, research, operations, finance, and project management.
